A $75 Cancellation Fee will apply if the Cancellation occurs less than two full business days prior to the scheduled appointment, excluding weekends and major holidays. For instance, if your appointment is on Monday at 8 AM, we must receive notice of cancellation or change by previous Thursday at 8 AM, or preferably Wednesday.
